She became a certified postural therapist 8 years ago after her stepdad’s success with the method sparked her curiosity. She believes it is the missing link between modern fitness training and optimal health.
Chrissy has also helped people achieve their fitness goals through personal training and group fitness since she graduated from Cal State Long Beach. She is in Turbo kickboxing, PIYO, Urbankick, and Strongboard Balance. While studying abroad in Bangkok, she learned the culture and the art of Muay Thai.
After serving as Clinic Director at Egoscue of Santa Monica, Chrissy joined forces with Adam to create OneFitness to educate, inspire and guide others to discover the limitless potential within their bodies and help them live without pain.
In 2012, he spent 12 months in China and gained a Masters in Tai Chi from Kunyu Mountain Shaolin Martial Arts Academy.
He kick-started his personal training career in London before moving to California in 2017. There, he trained at Ultimate Performance, a global body transformation gym, where he placed 11th out of 220 trainers and gained experience changing people’s lives.
Adam’s passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. He embraces that everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. Over the past 8 years, Adam has trained a variety of people of all ages and abilities with the same objective in mind: results.
